Booking & Payment Policy

Deposit Requirement

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required. Bookings are not considered confirmed and no date or time slot will be reserved until the deposit has been received and verified.

Final Payment

The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the final delivery of the project. Deliverables, including photos, videos, edits, digital files, or any other project materials, will not be released until full payment has been received.

Session Time & Overtime

All bookings include the number of hours agreed upon at the time of reservation. If additional time is requested during the session and approved by our team, it will be billed at a rate of $250 per additional hour. Overtime charges must be paid before the final project delivery.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their booking with reasonable notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval by the company.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable and are used to reserve your date, time, and production resources. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared for their scheduled session. Delays caused by the client may reduce the available production time without affecting the agreed booking fee.

Project Delivery

Estimated delivery times will be communicated upon completion of the session. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a deposit and confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
