GETTING TO KNOW YOUR STORY
Eight weeks before your wedding day, we will send you a detailed questionnaire to learn more about you as a couple. This helps us understand your love story, your vision, and the key moments you want captured, allowing us to create a truly personalized cinematic wedding film with SunArt Films.
CHECKING THE PLANS
One month before your wedding, we will connect with your wedding coordinator to review the timeline and ensure the video coverage is perfectly integrated into your schedule. This helps us plan every angle, moment, and setup so your wedding day is captured smoothly and professionally without stress or interruptions.
FINALIZING DETAILS & PAYMENT
Full payment for videography services is due 2–3 weeks before your wedding day. This allows us to fully prepare your production team, equipment, and creative direction to ensure everything is ready for a flawless shoot.
IT’ ALMOST TIME
One weeSk before your wedding, we will have a final call or meeting to review all details, confirm the schedule, and make any last-minute adjustments. This ensures that every important moment is fully covered and nothing is missed on your special day.
